Chennai Airport Rickshaw

If you have little luggage you can use rickshaw to transfer to Chennai city centre. 

Location

You can pick it up anywhere, also in Chennai Airport outside the terminal building.

Fares

Since the regulation of Chennai’s rickshaw fares on 2013, there was established the following conditions regarding the rides by rickshaw:

- INR 25 for the first 1.8 km and then INR 12 per kilometer. The night fare will be applied from 11 am to 5 pm and will be 50% higher than the daytime fare.

- Fares for getting from Chennai Airport to the city center are of INR 252 (regular) and at night INR 377.
